The property is beautiful and peaceful with stunning views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The design is modern yet cozy, and everything felt very clean and well-maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. I also loved how quiet the location was — ideal for a short getaway.

It's beautifully designed especially the gardens, walking distance(6-8 mins) to the best restaurants in town, off the main drag and very very new. The apartment is well equipped with all the appliances you can think of in the kitchen - including two types of coffee machines, and the mini fridge was stocked with ham, cheese, milk and eggs so we could make our own breakfast one of the mornings. The private jacuzzi - mini pool was a perfect antidote for sore feet and backs after long treks and drives.

Under the Sun is an amazing place , the ambiance and scenery is breathtaking in the Ysternia area of Tinos. Close to town but there are also many nice restaurants, bars and beaches near the hotel to explore. Our stay was lovely utilizing the hotels pool and our private pool in the room. The staff was the most accommodating and satisfied our every need , even helping me with my wedding proposal to pick flowers and free gifts. Shout-out to Dimitris you were amazing. We also had massage services in room which were excellent. This is my longest review on booking but this place is worth it. Will definitely come back.

Host was very kind, hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. Room and house was beautiful, much nicer than normal hotel.

Surrounded by lush gardens, Parathyro Sto Aigaio 1 is located in Tinos Town, within 100 metres from Kalamia Beach and 500 metres from the centre. I very much enjoyed my stay here on Tinos. Nick, the owner, picked me up from the ferry dock and later drove me to town for groceries. The room was large for a studio unit as was the attached veranda. I enjoyed watching the ferries come and go as I relaxed in the afternoons.
