A very welcoming hotel ♡ The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made our stay better than ehat we expected. The rooms were clean, well managed, big bathroom, big window and fresh rooms overall. Breakfast was good and various of choices. I loved the pool on the roof top, it was an amazing view over the city. Beside the hotel is a mall and you don't need to go out of the hotel to get in the mall, you can take the elevator from hotel. The only think about the hotel I find negative would be the place of the hotel, not much is around than the mall. But there are stuff a little bit away that are worth to check out. The hotel is very close to the airport wich made it so easy for us to spend our last days with Taj city centre hotel. I would recommend it if you want to stay in new town or close to the airport.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation provides beauty services, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. A very comfortable room with A/C and great facilities. It also has a smart tv which I found very useful for the evenings. You also have use of a fridge and a kitchen area. The hosts are lovely and really helpful. There is a metro station a short walk away which I was using to explore the city. I highly recommend a stay here if you are in Kolkata.

Host and staff make you feel at home and serve you with love and dedication. This place is a bliss.
