The boat houses were really awesome, well thought out, convinient and had everything we needed. We had our privacy and comfort.

The Congress and Convention Centre is 2.7 km away and Venice´s Marco Polo Airport is reachable within 45 minutes by car. Great location, excellent staff. Breakfast selection was really good.

Free WiFi access is available throughout. Superb hotel with a very clean and large room with balcony, a fantastic bathroom, lovely swimming pool and great breakfast. Please note that spa is as extra but overall quality/prices is at the top. Staff is very professional and friendly.

All rooms offer a balcony, and feature a satellite flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. What a nice surprise:)really dog friendly hotel, already at the reception you could see that they like dogs❤️everything was perfect. Thank you very much.
