Walking distance to the beach or even attempt to get the free bikes ( excellent quality and well maintained bikes), in 5 min you are at the beach or in the center. Parking is included and big spaces available within the premises. If you have expensive bicycles have the option to bring them in the flat, as we have done or there is a secure storage place to store them overnight. The lovely couple, the hosts, are part of package and they will make everything for you to make you feel welcome. A dream location, do not hesitate to book.

The location was perfect and ample food and drink was always available. The air conditioning worked fine and if I wanted to sleep in the early evening, I could close the windows and it was quiet.

Everything was perfect. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We asked if there was any mold to make ice and one of the hosts went out of their way to go buy some for us! The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated, a rare find in Elba. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay, even a bluetooth speaker! The view is priceless. If you want peace and tranquility only 9 minutes away from Porto Azzuro, this is your place. Enjoy your breakfast or the sunset with the view over the harbor and scent of wild herbs and flowers. 10/10

L’établissement Agriturismo Montefabbrello est situé à 2,5 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Spiaggia dell'Ottone. Il possède un restaurant, une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison, un jardin et une... Our room (olive) was beautiful - so calm, roomy and comfortable, with its own balcony overlooking the outdoor seating and restaurant. And easy access to the sofas on the shared balcony overlooking the pool. And of course the fabulous bath!! (Omg!) the walk-in shower is great too, and the olive shampoo, soap etc lovely touches. There are olive trees next door, fresh herbs all around and a relaxed atmosphere, complete with super laid-back cats! We also loved the wine, made on the property, which gets bought up by restaurants all over the island. There’s a shop onsite so you can buy it.

Gianmarco and his family are very nice ! They’re gracious/very helpful hosts and very easy to talk to. (I really appreciated their help! Grazie!) Podere Il Ritorno is a lovely peaceful spot. I loved my three days stay. Very calm and serene. The « apartment - garden view » was perfect for my needs. And the beaches are really close by!! **for information: Even if I did manage to do everything I wanted by foot (the area is walkable), I would recommend you rent a bicycle / bike / scooter / car for easier transit around the island.

I liked the interior design, Michela has very good taste to choose the right decoration, not only in the rooms but in the hallway too. I liked the rustic style kitchen, too. I have found everything that I needed. I liked the turtles in the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elba Vip. We especially liked the well-designed complex with two immaculately clean salt-water pools, the garden, and underground garages. The apartments are packed together but still well insulated (quiet even in high season). We enjoyed the helpful staff and the location to town, grocery, and nature. The cooperation with the neighboring vineyard for nature walks and runs was great. For daily off road Jogging a great location.
