This resort features an 18-hole golf course and is 2 km from the medieval village of Saturnia, in the Tuscan Maremma. Built in Travertine marble, its elegant thermal spa features Roman baths and natural swimming pools. we stayed here for the first time to experience the thermal springs of Saturnia. Everything was amazing! Very friendly staff! We arrived in the morning before afternoon and got a room half an hour later, before check-in which is at 15:00! A magnificent room overlooking the garden, with a separate dressing room and a large bathroom. The main pool is spacious with hot thermal clear water and is very pleasant. There are cascades and a Jacuzzi with thermal water. The cafe and restaurant overlooks the pool. The coffee and cantucci are amazing:) We had dinner at the taverna on site and it exceeded all our expectations. The menu offers more Tuscan meat dishes, there is one hot dish of cod, but the chef prepared a magnificent grilled seabass for us the next day since we don’t eat meat. Bravissimo!

Some rooms feature exposed wooden beams, while others include internal staircases and are arranged over two floors. The personnel was exquisite, and the accommodation was unique in its kind. They managed to keep the 12th century vibe without compromising comfort and luxury. The breakfast was a blast.

The place provided parking nearby which is also a must since parking can be difficult in Porto Ercole. I would highly recommend this place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Porto Ercole

With a fitness centre, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can make use of a bar. This place is run by people who ride bikes/mountain bikes, that is obvious from the moment you get to the door (ok, and the name!). But it's a perfect place for any travellers. It's newly built, everything is of a very high standard - excellent rooms and ensuite shower rooms. There is a local restaurant next door or the town of Massa Marittima a few minutes up the road. For the riders there are excellent bike facilities - secure indoor bike storage, bike workshop area, bike wash area outside. The guys who run it are all bikers so can help with advice for riding etc. And there is a bike workshop and service centre next door. A perfect location for exploring and riding the many trails in the area. Excellent internet, downstairs communal chill out area with huge TV and beer fridge (soft drinks also available!).
