From private parking, lovely room , comfortable beds and free snack in the morning along with the pet friendly policy , it was all just perfect. The owner communication was amazing, the price was more than fair and location although isolated was perfect for us. We were allowed to stay until 1pm even though check out was at 11 which meant a lot to us considering we've been driving for more than 10 hours with a tired dog :) I don't have enough nice words to praise this stay and owner. Thank you for everything. We will be back <3

Later, when we inquired about a late dinner, they didn't just point us to a restaurant—they created a meal for us that was truly delicious. Their kindness and dedication made our entire stay wonderful.

The bed was comfortable with good support, water pressure was great in the shower, and the croissants for breakfast were the best we’ve had, even compared to the 4-star hotel we stayed in. Also the pound cake was fabulous. Lots of other offerings we didn’t try, including yogurt, fresh fruit and toast. Hiked up the 300 steps to the church above it; spectacular views! Best were the owners, such a warm, friendly family!

She was, kind and wonderful, very personable, and spoke English too, since my Italian is limited. The room has everything you would need it is quiet, walking distance to the duomo San Matteo, wish I could stay longer. Check out was very easy, as is checking in.
