The atmosphere was very unique, the staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic, our jeep tour guide Hussein was super cool, friendly, very helpful, and he told us a lot about the place and its magnificent History, I highly recommend taking the longest jeep tour to discover everything about the marvelous region of Wadi Rum .

It's easy to contact with them, and they really put efforts in giving you the best experience. Even though the bathrooms are shared, they are always clean and in good condition so no worries! I would say they provide you the best local experience, and at the same time everything is taken care of.

The Staff made the holiday wonderfully all very polite respectful etc, Greeted with parking lot boys then Mhammed the little man greeting us with his coffee, Abdulrahman was a great help and the nice ladies too on the reception. Then the Villas mohammed everyday made sure the Villas and the swimming pool are so clean unbelievable. Not forgetting the breakfast, Greta & mohammed our personal Cheif's for breakfast, no words can describe their attendance. Finally, the had working Jenny and I know the girls were a challenge for her but she always was there for them ....

Loved the tent pod and the cook did a great job with the meals. The property was nice and had some great common area spaces. It was easy to get to and good extras were offered.
