The property is located right on the bank of the Mekong river, providing a fantastic location for watching the sunset. We loved the abundant breakfast, the pool and the easy going mood.

Brand new hotel and i was one of the first to check in into this fabulous family run place. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 5 nights and i had total praises for the staff and the owners. Built a great bond with the owner family kids and thats the beauty of the staying in a small hotel. Facilities are totally new and being a low season so i got to enjoy the quiet and peace but staff are totally attentive and friendly. A perfect place to stay in Luang Prabang!

During my time there, everyone would go to sleep in the evening, so I didn’t need to use earplugs.

Set in the centre of AVANI Luang Prabang, AVANI Luang Prabang boasts a central garden and a 25-metre long swimming pool. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Location was great, and we loved biking around the town on the bikes provided by the hotel. It was also easy to walk from the hotel as well. The food was mostly outstanding, the staff very friendly with excellent English. We loved the architecture and layout of the hotel, and the pool was amazing.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. There's nothing not to like. Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)
