The facilities were amazing, super clean and just hear the waves from the room felt awesome. The staff were so kind and attentive to us too

This hotel was simply the best stay ever! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond amazing. The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with modern, stylish rooms and pristine bathrooms. We had a room right next to the pool (yes, there are actually two pools!), making it feel like a private paradise. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast – hands down the best on Earth. Every single day, we were treated to a different, incredibly delicious, and rich selection of food, showcasing a mix of local and international flavors. We couldn’t get enough! The owners are absolutely wonderful. The host is super friendly, and his wife is the sweetest person ever. She even made us healthy cocktails and packed a homemade lunch for our long journey, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their kindness made the experience even more special. The location is peaceful and stunning, tucked away in a quiet, lush area. However, it’s very easy to reach the beautiful beaches of Tangalle with a quick tuk-tuk ride or by renting a scooter (which we did, and it was so much fun exploring the area!). Even though we skipped the touristy turtle-watching tours, we were lucky enough to see a baby turtle hatching and making its way to the sea while on a walk – such a magical moment! The bed was super comfy, the AC worked perfectly, and we loved relaxing on the private terrace attached to our room. Every single detail was carefully thought out to create an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for an amazing stay with warm hospitality, the most incredible food, and a perfect location, look no further. I 100% recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat!

Lodge feels new and fresh. Bathroom is nice, a European standard, so not common. But most of all owner and manager give each tourist attention and are open to help. We had a great dinner at the lodge, so it’s worth trying, owner is a man of many talents. Last but not least pool is well maintained and water felt great like silk. Beach is close by, waves were crashing hard but if you swim further it’s calm.

Randy and his family are great people, their place is amazing, in the middle of nowhere but with all the needed facilities. It has been a great experience to have dinner in their accommodation and we had the opportunity to discover more about their village thanks to Randy’s guided tour. We definitely recommend this place!!

This place is simply amazing. It has very unique entrance, garden full of plants and palms and these great bungalows. Hirushan told us that he made this all by himself and with a help of his friends. Houses are adorable. One to never wish to leave them. Very cosy, private and clean. We loved the food from Hirushans mom. I highly recommend everyone that will stay there to eat in Igabara instead of a restaurant. The food is prepared by his mom and it is very delicious. She deserves a Michelin star!!! We would go million more times! Thank you Hirushan!

Amazing place with forest view. The rooms are super big and the bed very comfortable. Linens are soft so I slept very well and relaxed. Rooms are beautiful with a high ceiling and it is really nice to have a terasse overlooking the garden. Breakfast was tasty with fresh fruits and juices. I highly recommend this place. It is also walking distance, just a few meters away, from a lovely and quiet beach along with restaurants.
