So much love and calm you will find there within a truly authentic local experience. Highly recommend to stay there. We just stayed on night unfortunately but everything was truly amazing. Lovely host, communication, incredible breakfast and the room/house is in such a good calm nature area, still close to the city if you want to experience kandy.

The host took care of me so well. He always asked me if everything is OK. Introduced me Kandyan 💃 Theater, Spice Garden etc. As to the place, about 20-30 minutes walk to town. There is of course regional bus running to city center, too. Big supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. There is a local restaurant neat to the supermarket.

There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. Villa had all amenities and was kept exceptionally clean. It was just a 1 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer. and caretakers led by Raj were exceptional. They took care of every need. Food they prepared for dinner and complimentary breakfast had great taste and went with our specific needs. Can't ask anything more. Would highly recommend.

My Kids love the french fries esp. And food in the hotel. Maxi and his Team are extremely professional. Best Small hotel that we had in Sri Lanka especially in Terms of breakfast, including proper food handling :) Worth recommending :)
