An amazing and friendly place to stay in Udawalawe National Park. Accommodation is very nice and clean. Dushan gave us a lot of information and types for another places in Sri Lanka. We also booked 6 hours safari with Dushan's brother. It was amazing! Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about every animal in the park. We weren't in rush at all, he stopped at every nice place or when we spotted an animal. We didn't see almost any other jeeps. They also prepared for us delicious dinner, that was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Thank you 🙏

A real family atmosphere where everyone tries to make your stay as memorable as possible. They arranged a Valentines surprise for us, a cooking course which was incredible and thorough and also a great safari. Lovely big cool room too. Wonderful value too.

The swimming pool was lovely and rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was excellent too. They even helped arrange a takeaway at night to get dinner.

It was very roomy, air conditioning worked great, breakfast was great! Max was wonderful; we arrived from the airport area with a driver that we expected to pay in US funds, as we hadn’t yet been able to get to a western union to pick up our Sri Lankan currency. The driver did not understand and did not want to accept the US funds even though it was previously arranged. Max converted to LKR and every one was happy. He arranged a private safari to Udawalawe National park. Our driver, who works at the hotel was exceptionally! He pointed out all the various animals that we most definitely would have missed, he was patient and took us to areas you would not see on a regular tour. The highlight was seeing a mother elephant and baby so close you could see the hairs on their backs. Our only wish was that we stayed long enough to do Yala National park as well! The guide was really great and understood the job of taking our Time in the safari. Everybody was super nice! We had hot water which is not the same everywhere. If you want to do a safari this is the best adress
