Offering accommodation with air conditioning, Air Hotel is set in Karmėlava. The property is located 50 metres from Kaunas airport. Parking is available on site for an extra charge. The hotel is right in front of the Airport, so it's perfect if you have to catch a really early flight. The room was large, neat, clean and, most importantly, perfectly silent: it was a pleasure to sleep in it. The essentials were provided and, although I didn't have breakfast due to the early hour, they offered it to me as I was checking in.

Private parking is also available. 今回、新市街の１．５ｋｍ　大歩行者天国のライスヴェス通りの真ん中に位置するこのホテルに５泊しました。 結婚４０周年の旅行ですとコメントしたら、このライスヴェス通りに面した３階のバルコニー付の部屋を用意して頂きました。　バルコニーから遠くに見る聖ミカエル教会やライスヴェス通りを歩く人々を見ながらの素晴らしい景色でした。 レストランは地下一階。　ここに小さな密造酒ミュージアム（器具などの展示）があります。　この辺りでは唯一、公式に密造酒（と同じレシピの）お酒が飲めるとのこと。　　朝食もとても美味しくお勧めです。　ついでに余ったパンやチーズ、ハム、野菜などでお昼のサンドイッチも作ってしまいました。　という事でお昼も贅沢な具材のたっぷりサンドを毎日楽しんでいました。 旧市街のホテルやそれ以外のホテルも検討しましたが、他のホテルに泊まった人たちの話を聞くと、圧倒的にこのカウナスホテルはレベルが高いように感じました。　という事で、多少高めの印象はありますが、ロケーションと言い、雰囲気と言い、美術館や博物館へのアクセスなどを考えたら、とてもコスパがよく、大満足でした。　 （２０２３年８月、　５泊宿泊）

The room is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very quiet. A small fridge would be a welcome addition, especially for guests staying more than one night who may need to store a few essentials.
