It is easy to access, the host is very responsive and helpful; she kindly came to replace the gas for cooking when it had run out. The apartment is also in a great location to walk to cafes or restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioned as well as peaceful and calm. I highly recommend this apartment

Nous avons loué à Moulay Bouslem un bel appartement au 1 er étage de la maison proposée par monsieur BADR face au port de pêche pour une semaine. Des places de parkings disponibles face à l’entrée Agréablement surpris par l’appartement spacieux pour cinq adultes particulièrement bien entretenu, propre, pimpant avec tout l’équipement domestique et le mobilier nécessaire abondant et rondelet compris les salons confortables aménagés avec fauteuil à bascule en rotin et parasols des grands balcons Orienté au sud avec vue diurne et nocturne paradisiaque sur la lagune, la forêt d’eucalyptus et la mer. À 5mn des commerces de la ville. Le restaurant mitoyen accepte gentiment de griller les poissons achetés à l’arrivée des pêcheurs. Une petite épicerie à côté permet de parer les besoins alimentaires urgents Le retour des felouques des pêcheurs, le va et vient des barques qui permettent l’accès aux plages, créent une ambiance conviviale bon enfant de grande liberté Le poste de gendarmerie à côté de l’immeuble sécurise le lieu nuits et jours Par ailleurs monsieur BADR très avenant et disponible est une personne de grande gentillesse Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour

The host Mr Achraf was available and very helpful. I would like to thank him for picking us up from the train station as we arrived very late. The apartment was clean and furnished of the essential items. I do recommend his apartment.

L’hébergement chambre 5 minutes gare tgv se situe à Kenitra, à respectivement 44 km et 45 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Bouregreg Marina et Tour Hassan. NOT RECOMMENDED! The host was an immature teenager, who was not very polite from the very start. IN the initial listing, it was stated "WHOLE APT" as a previous reviewer has also noted. IT IS NOT THE ENTIRE APT at this price. But a room, with a small sub-standard bathroom to share. When I booked this place, there was only one photo of the bedroom. Now he has added few other photos of the room from different angles, and half a photo of the tiny uncomfortable shower and toilet. He stated he will be living there as well as his mother. The kitchen (which I never used) was untidy, cluttered and not worth using. Upon arrival when he described all this and I saw that his mother was present in the second room, I protested that he had misrepresented the listing and had been untruthful about whole apt, and privacy. He denied he had lied. I told him to go check the listing he had on Booking.com as of 8/10/2025. When I entered the room, I asked for a bath towel so I could go take a shower, He stated that there is no towel,and that I should've brought my own. Upon insistence that travelers don't usually carry soaps, towels as hotels and hosts provide that. After some argument, he go rude and abusive and told me to leave! I had just arrived from Tangier by train and had walked from the Kenitra station in the 40 degree heat and was sweaty, tired and uncomfortable. Yet he kept telling me that he will get a towel when he goes out later that day. 5 Minutes later, he returned to hand me one face towel and one bath towel medium size - which I could not be sure were clean or unused! Overrall, the way this kid treated a guest, the conditions and description of the amenities offered, the apt is not worth the price, despite good location to the shops, restaurants, train station and taxis.
