It was a 3 minute walk to the bus station and a 5 minute walk to Old Town. The apartment was really clean and well stocked. Sad to say there isn't a washer but with that aside I enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding and the apartment is modern/ newly renovated.There are a few places to eat right next door and a cafe at the bottom of the apartment complex. The grocery store is just across the street and honestly it was just a great place to stay and enjoy Kotor. Super convenient, easy to find, and the owner was prompt in responding. He had the apartment ready for me for an early check-in and unfortunately my bus ran late! I did appreciate his effort, despite the fact I did not make it into town till a few hours later!

Super clean and comfortable, the hosts are a great family, they make you feel at home.Private parking space was available and a glass of homemade wineon arrival was fully appreciated.The small flat is fully equipped for even a long stay and is within walking distance to the old town and sights. Highly recommend.

The hosts were nothing short of amazing, welcoming us with open arms and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their local tips, tasty food and friendly chats added a personal touch to our experiences. As we approached the villa, we were taken aback by the stunning view of the serene Boka Bay that unfolded before us. The villa, though newly built and modern, has an authentic Montenegrin charm. Each morning, we were greeted with a coffee and a picturesque view. Compared to crowded Kotor that is 15 minutes away by car, the villa is a place of tranquility and hospitality that left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to return!
