Welcome was super nice and friendly and helpful. I arrived very tired and annoyed because I had issues with transport getting there (purely my own fault) and the room had everything I needed to quickly recharge and relax - from wide selection of teas, cooking coffee and complimentary snacks, water, cold drinks. Bathroom is squeaky clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries, and being able to wrap myself in the bathrobe provided after a nice shower I felt reborn :) A bus stop is just few minutes walk away so the location is not as far as it may seem. Cute dogs were a bonus!

Definitely will go back to here again whenever I’m visiting Utrecht. Host are super responsive and even check on us on our last day. During checkout, they let us store our luggage and come back to pick our luggage whenever we are ready. Kitchen utensils are very complete, even come with various of spices. Sofa & bed are great and it’s adequate for 5 adults. Roller blind can be rolled out, so we can sleep comfortably too. It’s warm during winter too as they have a lot of heater in each room.
