Traveling all the way from Oslo to Tromsø, this is by far the best cabin I’ve stayed in throughout Norway! The room was cozy, and the amenities were excellent. I particularly appreciated having both a traditional coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine – such a thoughtful touch. The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Plus, there’s a supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, which was super convenient. The little snowy yard in front of the cabin was picturesque, especially with the view of the yellow house across and the mountains in the background – it felt so romantic. And to top it all off, we saw the northern lights three nights in a row! The host’s service was impeccable. They reminded us of the supermarket closing hours and even let us know when the northern lights appeared – how amazing is that! The only minor issue was the water heater. It seemed to be shared with the upstairs unit, as the hot water ran out mid-shower once. But since the room itself was so warm and cozy, it didn’t bother me much. I would absolutely love to come back and stay here for a longer time!

We are located in the midle of Lofoten, with 7 km to Leknes and 8 km to the airport. A lot of great hikes, hotspots for northern light and midnighsun, is close by. We were very happy with our choice to stay for a night in a cabin which was very well designed. We had some issues at th beginning but the owners were so helpful and found solution immediately. Beds were comgy, sauna was jsut great in the morning. Thank you again and hopefully see you next year! Tereza and family.

The Lofot Aquarium is a 3-minute walk away. Location and views were great. Enjoyed having a working kitchen. Wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed grilling our dinner vs eating at a restaurant. Parking was easy and convienient.

The property is non-smoking and is set 5 km from The Norwegian Aviation Museum. the views and the location close to Keiservarden were amazing! Sauna was very nice and breakfast really good!

Katterjåkk Apartments provides a sauna and free private parking, and is within 45 km of Ofoten Museum.

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and stovetop. Every unit has a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while certain rooms include a terrace and some have mountain views. At the apartment complex, the units include bed linen and towels. The location is excellent for hiking around Katterjock, Riksgransen and Laktatjakka.

Set in Bogen and only 44 km from Ofoten Museum, KAB Guesthouse offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property was built in 1957 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. It was very easy checking in, and communication was excellent. Small notes in the house for the guests, and some extra effort made to feel guests welcome (like some snacks provided) was much appreciated. Nothing was lacking, and at this price, we'd highly recommend travellers to book this place. We booked it due to its proximity to the airport.

Set in Bodø and only 28 km from The Norwegian Aviation Museum, Sokkelleilighet rett ved Saltstraumen offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features mountain views. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Luxury sous-sol with astonishing views on the Saltstraumen Tides and nice garden (with now and then a Moose and Calf ;-)

Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Very close to the center and 5 minute walk from most boat tours. The space was quite small but amazingly well provisioned. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook everyday. The washing machine was very convenient. The host was great at communicating. The bed was super comfortable.
