Set in Bhurkīā, Bardia Eco Friendly Homestay provides accommodation with seating area. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I loved the super hospitable family, Shardul made me feel home, his father is so calm and always ready to talk about their culture and old times, his little brother and sister are amazing to hang out with by the bonfire. I was really touched by their hospitality and left with a promise to return again.

Set in Bhurkīā, Nanu's Bardiya Homestay offers accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. All rooms are equipped with a terrace with views of the garden. i spent a good stay in that nice family. nanu and his wife kali take care of you very well. she cooks a delicious dahl. And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

Bardia Wild Side Hotel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Bhurkīā. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. I stayed at this accommodation a couple of nights. Pappu and his family were wonderful hosts, they were very attentive and cooked fresh, organic and delicious food! Pappu is also a very special guide: he could spot multiple animals that my eye couldn't see at first, among which even a tiger!!! But also several species of deer (swamp deer 😍), otters, and paradise flycatchers were an amazing sighting and we were lucky enough even to see a rhino! I miss the wonders of Bardiya... Thank you Pappu dai for your hospitality and guidance!!

Namaste Bardiya Resort is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Bhurkīā, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This bed and breakfast features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the river and garden. Great place near the river, quiet, beautiful nature. Tasty food and Krishna helped me a lot to organize all kind of things. Bardia is still with little tourism, amazing wildlife and traditional villages straight out of the Jungle Book movie . I went by bicycle and many people greet you.

Also, the guided jungle Safari was amazing!

Set in Bardia, Jungle Base Camp offers accommodation with seating area. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the river and garden. Hukum, the owner and guide, worked so hard to make sure I had a good time. His wife provides the meals, which were excellent and organic (many of the items are from his own garden). He helped me plan an itinerary for my time there. His prices were reasonable for the excursions. I saw a tiger and elephant in the wild as well as many other species of birds and animals. Although it's significantly more expensive than the other day trips, I would recommend the rafting. It was peaceful and a unique way to see Bardiya.

At the hotel, rooms are fitted with a patio with a garden view. At the accommodation, all rooms are fitted with a seating area. Mr B’s Place, mere steps from Bardiya National Park, is run by a lovely family. It would not be enough to say that the rooms are clean and comfortable, that the food is fresh, delicious and cooked to order when you wish and that the walking safari and the jeep safari are exciting and fun. It is the people that make the difference. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help and make your stay just right. Special thanks to Dipok, our jeep safari driver and especially to Loken our knowledge guide who not only made our two safari days special and filled with unique experiences but also took such good care of us during our 4 day stay. Thank you also to Bibek who welcomed us and helped us find a mechanic for our motorcycle malfunction. Highly recommend Mr B’s place for your time in Bardiya. We left our hearts.
