This hotel is located in the prime location of Thamel. The breakfast was really good! All the staffs were super helpful throughout our stay. We were about to miss our flight while coming back from Nagrokot, due to the prompt action of the taxi driver Mr. Kapin and the hotel Manager Mr. Subash, we were able to catch the flight. My wife lost her phone while the flight. Hotel manager Mr. Subash found the phone and reached out to us. We are very much great full for the help and hospitality we have received. We strongly recommend this hotel!

We arrived at the Panoramic View Hotel after a short one-minute walk down from the main road. Just a small note: the path is a little steep, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying a heavy backpack or rolling luggage. We were really lucky that the owner gave us one of his best rooms on the top floor — with a breathtaking 270° view. The room itself is spacious, simply furnished, and has a balcony. Honestly, the view says it all: on clear days you can see the Annapurna (from the terrace), and when it’s cloudy, you still get a sweeping look over the city, valley, lake, and even people paragliding. Absolutely stunning! Breakfast was simple but delicious, with portions that were more than generous. One evening, they even asked if we’d like dinner and served a home-cooked dal bhat that was really good. You can choose to eat in the dining area downstairs or upstairs, where the views keep you company. Note: Meals come with reasonable charge. ⭐ 200% for the view and hospitality!

The staff were extremely helpful when I arrived from the airport I didn’t have any Nepali currency and I had to pay my taxi driver at the reception there was this wonderful sweet girl called Asha she just gave me the Nepali currency and said I can later change and give it back. The guy at the reception was also nice because after changing the money when I got back to the hotel Asha already let and it was Shankar he was very helpful too because my room was up on 6th floor and he helped me to carry my heavy luggage all the way up. The location is excellent as you are close to everything

Milan made a very pleasant itinerary for us（Expensive but worth it）, helped us book flights, and took us to visit Tarau village. The jungle guide Rajendra was a sharp eye, good at spotting wild animals and various birds like radar. It was super fun to meet jackals, elephants, and rhinos. The young driver Subas drove steadily, was polite and very friendly. All the staff in the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and the food was beyond expectations. Thumbs up to the chef! I like Aikawa very much！
