Royal desert campはAl Rakaにある宿泊施設です。無料専用駐車場と有料空港シャトルサービスを提供しています。 フロントではアラビア語と英語を話すスタッフが滞在のお手伝いをしています。 全ての旅行者にこのキャンプを訪れることを勧めます。このキャンプの素晴らしい点は、オーナーとスタッフの親切さ、フレンドリーさ、温かさです。海外旅行で宿に宿泊すると、多くの場合はチェックインとチェックアウトの時に簡単な会話しかしないですが、このキャンプは違います。宿泊者を家族として迎え入れてくれます。送迎の車の中や夕食、アクティビティツアーの時の会話は本当に楽しいものでした。 宿泊者は伝統的なスタイルのテントか、小さなホテルのような小屋を選ぶことになります。どちらも素敵です。私は小屋の方を選びました。部屋はシンプルですが、清潔感があります。砂漠なのにシャワーを浴びることができます。充電ができるコンセントも1つありました。そして、テントの近くには休憩所があり、ここに宿泊者が集まります。スタッフとともに、他の国の人と交流することができ、とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせます。私は英語が得意ではないのですが、ここにいる人はみんな親切なので問題ありません。 夕食やサンセットトリップなどアクティビティツアーに参加することをオススメします。どれも満足するものでした。 もちろん、ゆっくり過ごす時間もたくさんあります。 砂漠の静けさと、風を音だけを楽しむ時間はとてもリラックスできます。 そもそも、日本や韓国といった東アジアの人がオマーンは訪れる機会は少ないかもしれませんが、もしトルコなどを訪れるなら、是非オマーンにも行ってみてください。マスカット空港からMwasalatというバス会社が長距離バスを運行しています。空港から、キャンプの最寄りのバス停であるMintarib Souqまでは、往復で4.2ORM（日本円で1600円）。安いです。その先は有料のオプションとして、キャンプのスタッフが送迎してくれます。砂漠を訪れたことがないなら、なおさらオススメです。 オーナーのザック、スタッフのイルファン、イドリース、アーサラン、一緒にディナーを楽しんでくれた宿泊者、全ての人に感謝したいです。私にとって、これまでの人生で一番素敵な宿の時間でした。

The authenticity was spot on. Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a hot night and the staff put our beds outside the tents, sleeping under the stars and full moon night was above and beyond our expectations. Camel rides were a little pricey but ya gotta do it. Diner and breakfast were traditional and plentiful. We will be back!

Great location, service, food, transport to camp. This is how you do the business! Owner and other employees were kind, helpful and told us about omani culture and history. Tents were really comfy, bedsheets clean and the second smaller tent with bathroom was as well really well equipped. Thank you for a great experience and hope you use some lf 360 photos I sent you. :)

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the beginning of our visit to Oman. We decided to come back for one more night before heading back to Sweden. Amazing property with a really amazing host, we stayed there for a night & did not feel like leaving the next day. The owner is a really nice & hospitable person & will help you in all the ways possible. Had a really nice stay.

The tent was very clean, large and comfortable! Food was the best we had in the whole trip and the surrounding area very beautiful. Bader was such a great host, answering all of our questions and telling about the local traditions and way of life. The best part was the campfire at night after dinner with singing. Absolutely amazing!! The whole experience was magnificent! We also stayed in another camp that was significantly more expensive and I must say that Arab Desert Camp was by far the better option.

We immediately felt welcome and at home through Salem and Sanoos’s amazing hospitality - from constantly offering us chai and coffee to helping us with our laundry (which was so above and beyond - thank you Sanoos). Salem took us to the beach our first night which ended up being a magical experience - fishing for huge tuna out of the back of his boat with his brother, Walid, at sunset. We had the BBQ dinner with the fish we caught (must do) which was the freshest fish we’ve ever eaten! The next day, we had such an amazing time snorkeling with turtles (it was unbelievable), spotting them in the sea, and swimming in a calm cove. Easily one of our favorite experiences in Oman and our best stay in Oman. We will be back! Shokran, Salem!

The weather allowed us to sleep outside looking at the stars ,which was amazing. Food was great and everyone was very hospitable. Everything was prepared for our comfort . The location is great,we saw goats and camels walking in the desert and enjoyed silence and peace.
