Very friendly staff, location is away from the business of the plaza de armas, and transportation is good via taxi or bus. If you need wheelchair access or no-steps room, be sure to contact them directly if possible to make it happen. Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend. The city of Ayacucho and its people have much to offer, and teach, to any visitor: clean, fun, respectful, and hospitable. Much to see and do there, the zoo, trips to Quinua, Wari, Pikimachay, etc.

The rooms were beautiful, big and cozy. The hotel is well located, very closed to the main square (less than 100 meters away) and it also offers a nice breakfast and tea bar. We were all very pleased.
