The hotel is very clean, and the staff are genuinely helpful. Room service is impressively fast, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. The location is excellent, safe, convenient, and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable and spacious with a curtain to give privacy. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Monica at the reception! They had amazing activities every night and was a great experience and excuse to meet other travelers!

Great location for sight seeing, restaurants, juices, snacks. Perky decor and great lighting. Felt very secure. And it had all my boxes ticked for common sense hosting facilities. Places to hang clothing, full length mirror, ample surface space, nice matts on the floors, shoe swiping in front of door, hallways walkways, and by each side of the bed, and a nice modern firm bed that a couple can sleep in without feeling each other's every move. Good outlets to charge phones. It was perfect. And very quiet too! Drinking water included in price. Just moved to another spot in Lima, much more expensive lodging and yet has none of the conveniences mentioned above. We were very lucky to have been able to at least start our trip in Lima from Alojamiento San Francisco.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

Clean room with a comfortable bed (I've got an upgrade to the double room) and nice hot shower. The room is inside a family home, the family is very kind with a super cute dog and cat. They offer airport pick up and drop off, which was perfect for me. I even could choose what to eat for breakfast and got it served to my room. Very good value for the money, definitely recommended!

Everything was great! The entire staff is very friendly (reception, door staff, restaurant, breakfast). We received a room upgrade to a very spacious room, which was awesome! We stayed in this hotel at the start and end of our Peru round trip. Both times were great experiences. Everything is very comfortable — ideal for recovering from either a long flight or an exhausting trip. We will come back to Lima and will definitely stay in this hotel again!
