Carabao is a hidden gem with almost no tourism (Which is crazy to think about as its only a few kilometres away from boracay which is the biggest tourist hotspot of the phillipines) and this resort is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are a backpacker as they offer bunk beds. The restaurant is really nice, they have a good selection of both local and western dishes, service can be a bit slow at times but if you are low on time they'll be quick! The owners are super friendly and gave us information and many tips on what to do on the island. The place itself is really nice, beds are good, they have a pool table and a nice chill out zone/sunning area. The sunset is amazing, this place really does feel like paradise! I really enjoyed my stay at Lanas beach resort and I will definitely return to this wonderful island!

Situé à Ferrol, l’établissement Annabel's Resort possède une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et un restaurant. Beautiful place to relax with lovely pool. Rooms are clean with good ac. There is also motorbike hire as well and everything on the menu is delicious and resonbily priced. Best of all the staff are helpful warm and welcoming.

Situé à Pandan (Tablas), l’établissement Beachaus Resort propose un parking privé gratuit. L’établissement dispose d'une plage privée. Le resort d'Aldie est un petit coin de paradis. Nous avons adoré nous y ressourcer pendant 2 jours et serions restés plus longtemps si on avait pu ! Elle nous a prêté ses pirogues pour faire un tour dans la baie au coucher de soleil et c'était magique. L'endroit est très calme, un peu loin de la civilisation mais c'est ce qu'on recherchait et si besoin elle loue des scooters. Les chambres sont sommaires donc ne vous attendez pas au Ritz mais on y passe peu de temps et c'est un super rapport qualité prix.

Situé à San Jose, l’hébergement avec climatisation Amal Villa - Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment with Panoramic Ocean Views, Peaceful, Private Beach possède un balcon. This was a sensational 3 days and nights. The host, Rose, was most accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to 'get away from it all'.. like the brochure says, 'spend time with the locals' and relax.

When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

L’hébergement Haus am Strand auf Sibuyan Island nahe Cresta de Gallo - Marevic's Guesthouse 1 ohne Klimaanlage se trouve à Azagra, dans la région Luzon. The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.

Installé à Romblon, le Tinaoog Beach Resort est un complexe respectueux de l'environnement, alimenté par l'énergie solaire et récoltant l'eau de pluie. Wonderful place. Very special, unique and beautiful. The views from eating areas were beautiful as were those from our rooms. The bamboo structures were also very picturesque. Such attention to detail.
