The interior of the room matched the photos on the website. Furniture, dishes, appliances, bed linen and towels are of good quality and new. Excellent location of the hotel, 20 minutes by tram to the center, 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket, 10 minutes on foot to the park with the lake. The hotel employee Yuri was very attentive, kind, tried to help in any way he could. Very good value for money and quality of services provided. I recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything with a carrefour express just on the other side of the street. The adjacent restaurant served delicious food that I really recommend to try. The room was very good when it came to the soundproofing and the climate, there was no noise at all from outside and the AC kept the room in a comfortable temperature. The staff was very well accommodating, we arrived around 2AM and there was no issue at all to check in with the 24/7 staffed reception.

The whole appartment is nicely and modern decorated. It's very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very central - close to old town and close to the train station. Communication with the owner and self check in worked out very well.
