We got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the 14th floor. It was amazing. The suite was huge, the bathroom was incredible and so was the view on both sides of the hotel. We felt really pampered. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Overall it was our 5th stay in this hotel and it is our favorite place in Serbia so far.

Hotel Zen features an outdoor pool and a sun terrace. Free WiFi access is provided and free private parking is available on site. It is located in a quiet area of Niš, about 3 km from its centre. Staffs are very kind. Room is very clean.
