Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. All the staff members were amazing, super friendly and very helpful! The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff was always attentive, asking if we wanted more coffee or eggs, which they gladly brought. They also recommended great places to visit in Slovenia. As a lovely touch, they welcomed us with a traditional drink. Another highlight was the location. Not in the middle of the city, but in a small village, which added a magical charm to the whole Slovenia experience. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Beautiful environment and excellent hospitality. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the unique touches to the room were both stylish and thoughtful. Tomaz was an incredible host and took great care of our entire family after a long journey including multiple flights with young children. In the morning he showed us around the property, prepared us espressos, and told us a little about the history of the area from the beautiful dining room. We could not recommend this hotel more to all those interested!

The space is little in the house and the kitchen, but it's furnished very cleverly and fully equipped! Liked the quite private area around the house, and the amazing view to the mountains and the valley! The extra towels, the sauna sheets, the two proper wine glasses, the disposable guest slippers, the ambient lights are all a very nice touch. Thank you!

It has literally everything I need. Have you ever seen any apartment provides even detergent and softener? It’s truly amazing, especially the kitchen, it’s fully equipped, or overly equipped :) Also the location, if you like nature, especially walking into the forest, no where else can be better than here. It’s right next to the river, you can hear the nature noise every time when you open the window. There are several walking trails around here too, I often meet horses and cows. The owner Tomaz is really helpful. You can find any travelling tips in the room (a lot of brochures and information cards). Will definitely stay here again! Tips: Better to have a car if you want to stay here, as the public transport in this area is not so convenient. Once you have a car, here will be a paradise.
