Extremely friendly staff and they all looked happy, happy staff makes the experience delightful! NAAM wellness treat was the star of the hotel and we were fortunate enough that the staff were able to accommodate our request due to a miss-communication. Hotel is new (less than 2yrs) and everything is pristine quaint, defo a spot to unwind for a holiday. One of those five star hotel stays that is well worth the money spend and perhaps a re-visit some time later :-) breakfast spread is great as well with healthy eating in mind. Food was also very good

We played music and felt very welcomed We did the boat tours and the kayak tour, both were just mind blowing, they take you to the best places away from the crowds! We would have stayed much longer if it was booked out :)

The staff were so welcoming and hospitable! After a lousy stay elsewhere, this was such a pleasant surprise. The property is beautiful, the staff were accommodating and brought us breakfast to our room (we have a dog and there are very cute cats onsite), we received help with our bags, recommendations about where to go on the on the island, plus an awesome pool.

Staff can assist guests with massage service and sightseeing trips. I like everything about this villa . Im glad that i chosed this villa as my birthday staycation with my friends. The staff also very helpful. Will come back again later with my family.

Set amidst tropical gardens, Phanom Bencha Mountain Resort features cosy bungalows with mountain views. The resort is equipped with an outdoor pool and parking facilities. All day and half day treks can be arranged for guests. The best host family ever, Son and Jup will do all they can to look after you in their tropical jungle paradise. The food was the best we ate in Thailand and the bungalow, albeit basic was perfect for our stay. We say so much wildlife and loved the natural swimming pool .

The property is a 20-minute drive to Kan Tiang Beach. Krabi Airport is located within 2.5 hr drive from the hotel. The location by the beach was amazing as well as the facilities. The staff and the hostes (By Ray) was extremely helpful with everything. We had a very pleasant stay :)
