Located in the middle of nowhere, it provides you with much needed distance from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. You are just a few minutes driving away from classic Star Wars filming locations and the accommodation itself fits well into the Berber surroundings. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms were cozy. A bonus: the stars in the sky were beautiful, since there is not that much light pollution around. The drive to the hotel is incredibly scenic.

Very friendly staff, good food, lots of hot water, short walk down the road to the Star Wars place.

Big kind welcome by Joseph. He understood what two weary cyclist needed after a day in 35+ temperatures. Even let us choose from two big apartments and threw in a free breakfast at five!! In the morning so we could start pedaling in agreeable temperatures.. big 10 out of 10

A brilliant place to stay if you like being off the beaten track and want a genuine taste of how local Tunisians live. My room was beautifully decorated with traditional rugs and woven shawls and was cosy and comfortable. I was so well looked after by 3 generations of the family who came up in the evening, when we all shared a meal together. There are 3 lovely friendly dogs, a magnificent cat, 2 peacocks and several goats on the dar as well. My dog did not want to leave as she had made so many friends there.
