Firstly, Arman, from day reception, was excellent. He was very informative and responsive even before we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel offers it's own tours and Arman was excellent at organising all the tours we went on. They were excellent and reasonably priced. Arman especially had great advice on our air-balloon trip. The hotel itself was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and the ladies in the breakfast room were so sweet and friendly. The hotel is well-positioned, being just a short walk to the main road through the town. We really had the most wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia.

From the welcome package of dried fruits, nuts and red wine to the very end when they extended our checkout for free, everything was wonderful. Aza Cave is part of chain of 3 cave hotels (Aza Cave, Kelebek and Sultan Cave) there and you can use their facilities as well. All of them are 50 meters apart. Aza is the quitest of them all. The cave King Suite we were was amazing. Many people mentioned in their comments that is dark, but guys this is a cave experience and being a little bit darker than usual hotel room is more than expected. It was amazing experience and i definitely would recommend highly that resort. The staff was really kind and helpful. Multiple people approached us with useful suggestions from the very beginning when we reserved to the very end when we checkout. We have book multiple activities from them, always done by the highest standards. They contacted me after reserving with them and providing me with very useful information about the holidays and activities. Definitely book balloon flight through them - they use Turquaz Balloons (the best provider there) or Discovery Ballooons. They have pool ... which is HEATED ... contrary on most comments. I tried it and it was heated. It is not 34C more like 25-27C but still heated. The breakfast was great. A lot of choices and all of them very delicious. They are one of the few cave hotels there, which has very big parking lot with very easy access. I was there with big SUV and had no problem at all to park. Our suite had a fireplace and they offer lighting the fireplace for free. We tried it and it was really amazing and romantic setup.

This bed and breakfast hotel offers large superior cave rooms which are a cozy and warm with the best views. It was cold outside with strong winds but nice and toasty inside. Breakfast is home baked and prepared fresh daily. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall a great stay. Perfect for everyone unless one has mobility issues with steps.

Goreme Open Air Museum is only a 3-minute drive away. Sam was extremely warm, helpful and an excellent host. He was responsive to all our needs, including giving us recommendations for places in Göreme and help communicating with tour guides and shuttle drivers. We were well taken care of by Sam and the owner and I highly recommend Kayatas to singles, couples or family alike!

Room was clean and comfortable and spacious. Coffee and tea provided. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff was very helpful and reached out before I arrived to plan excursions. Shuttle service was cheap and on time. Location was perfect.

At the top of the town with a nice view downwards the whole town, fantastic at sunset.

Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Cappadocia!
