The view from the garden down to the sea is astonishing. When I openened my door, I could hear the waves and the birds singing. Sitting on a bench in the garden and enjoying this surrounding with a coffee in my hand, was just like a dream. The location is great, it is a 5-10 mins to the center of Castara and the beach. Rhonda and Andrew were always very helpfull and pro-active. Even a late check-in worked out perfect, as I was running late after my arrival to Tobago. I would definately recommed this place to solo travellers as well as couples. The area is so beautiful. It was very lively in the evening at a café at the town center and there is a nice restaurant up on the hill, on the way to the center, where you can enjoy great food or just a sundowner. I ll be back for sure.

Located overlooking beautiful Castara Bay, Castara Retreats is a family-run eco resort offering self-catering accommodations set in 2 acres of tropical gardens. The outdoor environment and the views. The rooms and surroundings were exceptionally well kept. The surrounding flora and fauna was awesome.
