There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with views of the city. Location was awesome. Walking distance from my workplace, lots of redtsurants and bars, central market, and metro. So nice to have a washing machine and drying rack! I didn't use the cooktop, but it was there if I'd felt the need to cook. The fridge did a good job of keeping my water, milk, and chocolate cold. Comfortable bed and a well placed tv, visible from the couch and the bed when swivelled had local cable channels (most places do not). It was nice to see local shows and infotainment. The air conditioner/heater did a good job as the temperature suddenly dropped during my stay. Toilet is standard (don't flush any paper products) and shower worked well but only had a wand - no way to just stand under the stream. The view is spectacular, but I didn't spend many waking (daylight) hours in the flat. Very quiet and peaceful. Working elevator - HUGE PLUS. Always check to see if the elevator works. I walked up the first night, as it was dark and I was not familiar with the building... It's doable, but the elevator make it more pleasant.

However, I would like to draw special attention to the wonderful time my wife and I had in Kharkiv, thanks in part to this wonderful apartment. My rating is definitely 10/10. The price/quality ratio is perfect. The location is very convenient: there are cafes and restaurants around with nice prices and very tasty food. Grocery stores are also available: they are open until 22:00 (information as of February 2025). We were travelling by car, so it was important for us to have parking on both sides of the property. Yes, you can park your car in the courtyard of the house, which, like the house itself, is very cosy and brings back memories of childhood... The ancient infrastructure around the house, wide streets, a tram and snow-covered porches. Everything creates an unforgettable picture. By the way, the house is located in the city centre, which is why the view from the window is simply amazing: one glance is enough to comprehend the entire grandeur of the city. As for the house itself: it is cosy and enjoyable. The bed is nice and comfortable, I slept well and peacefully. By the way, speaking of peace: the rule of silence at night really applies here! Despite the screams of city sirens, the neighbours are polite :) That is why we managed to recover well before the next day. Summing up, I can say that we were satisfied! Special thanks to the owners for the fact that these apartments provide the possibility of spending the night with pets. p.s: we were resting in room number 9.

A minibar and kettle are also provided. Towels and toiletries are available. I did not stay there as no nd opened the door for me. I messaged and emailed and phoned the host but there was no answer. After standing outside, in the dark, for half an hour, I had to ask a cab driver to drive to another place. He drove me to z good, cheap hotel, where I stayed for my whole time in Kharkiv. I never got any reply from the hosts at Sumskaya 46, even in the following days. Either theyvdoer, or they are just terribly careless.
