The property is located 700 metres from Block Island, 4.5 km from Southeast Lighthouse and 1.6 km from Block Island Historical Society. The property provides a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi is available. The Inn is very cosy with tastefully furnished rooms. It is a great base to explore the island. Breakfast was the best we had anywhere in the US. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We also highly appreciated that were were allowed an early checkin as it was pouring rain upon arrival at the Inn.

Sabrina was welcoming to us upon check in and had a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary with Prosecco in our room. The room was spacious and exactly the Block Island coastal feel we were hoping for. The location is great! Short walk to the ferry and bars and restaurants. The breakfast spread was phenomenal with a perfect view! Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back next summer for sure :)

Breakfast was good. Wished they had bacon or some other protein. Staff was great (Sabrina) in every way. Location and accomadations were really nice. Amazing spot with beautiful views. Quiet enough to hear the ocean waves at night and close enough to shops and restaurants.

it’s located on a corner with a huge lot 1.2 miles from the main strip. it’s dog friendly, real breakfast served daily, and the owner couldn’t have been more pleasant.
