The whole place is a piece of art! The bed and sofa are super comfy and private courtyard is great for pet potty breaks. Beautiful even in the Winter. Next time I’ll bring our kayaks. Dana is an incredible host and really respects your privacy.

Spectacular views, very comfy seating/sleeping/eating. Useful kitchen tools & spices! it was so nice to check in & find some lights on and music playing. Very welcoming.

Lovely Northern California spot on Tomales Bay. The room was lovely, with wood burning stove, leather sofa, comfy king size bed, and the best bathroom ever! Bathroom had heated tile floors, his and hers sinks, clawfoot tub, and a beautiful walk in shower. We stayed in "Fly Fisherman" cottage.

Yes, it's lovely 1970s American Modernist feel could use a like of paint in places, but it more than makes up for that in its character and charm. The view from my balcony over woods and water to San Francisco was stunning--the hotel is on a panoramic ridge with views in both direction. It's a short walk to a trailhead that will take you down into Muir Woods National Monument and the giant redwoods (saving you the $15 entry fee and the $9 parking fee). I had the wild salmon for dinner which was also excellent. The staff were super-friendly and (I felt) actually cared about me and how I was doing (rather than just running through a script.
