The place is breathtaking and the staff are extremely generous. We were worried about transportation to and from town, but staff arranged this for us easily. Lin was the absolute best. She was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. We love you Lin!! The food and drinks they offered were also great!! We stayed here 2 nights and honestly wished we extended our stay. If you’re visiting Cat Ba Island, absolutely stay here.

Special thanks to Nam, the receptionist, who helped me with pretty much everything, renting scooter (he gave me a driving lesson too), calling taxi, booking a bus to Cao Bang and much more. Ask Nam anything, he will help you with a big smile. I could tell he really cares about the hotel guests. My room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. AC and WiFi worked well. Mini fridge in the room. I enjoyed the view from my room. Breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes near by. Mini convenience store is just a few store down. ATM is walking distance.
