Giang made delicious local food, and Nam guided us on foot and by scooter in the surrounding countryside. Our bungalow was charming, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We slept so well! 'Hidden gem' is such a cliche but Lapantan Paradise truly is one. We plan to return next year!

I stayed in a private bungalow that was large, modern with hardwood floors and a big clean modern bathroom. Balcony right on the lake so the view was amazing. The staff were helpful and the whole place was mellow, relaxing and friendly and they had created an atmosphere where the guests talked and enjoyed each others company. Sunset boat tours of the lake are offered by the owner. The meals were excellent, easily as good as restaurant quality and plenty of it. Fresh fish from the lake, a selection of grilled meat, plenty of vegetables form their own farm including brocolli, carrots potatoes, corn etc etc etc. Google Maps shows the location away form the lake but the water level was good and it is lakefront.

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner made with vegetable, fish and chicken from their own farm. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The most attractive terraced fields in Vietnam are located nearby. The rooms in the bungalows are rustic, but very nicely decorated and clean. But the most impressive thing is the exceptionally friendly staff. They read the guests' wishes from their eyes. In addition to breakfast, they also offer rich lunches. I highly recommend it!
