We had an amazing experience at Emaly 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and as a bonus, we had the best waiter who was on his first working day - very funny and helpful and made our experience even better. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The restaurant served delicious food. The room offered an excellent view of the mountains, which was truly breathtaking. The spa was spotless. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully maintained green area (and an outdoor swimming pool) adding to the overall serene and peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to picturesque 7 lakes. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, nice hotel, small swimming pool though. The food (dinner) was very nice. At the breakfast we could order and they made it then so it was fresh and nice. The waitress didn't speak English, so it was a bit difficult and didn't get exactly what we ordered, but who cares, it was nice enough.

Everything. Unforgettable location on top of a hill with amazing 360 views of the Rila mountains. Great base from which to explore the multiple hiking trails including the memorable Seven Rila Lakes. Excellent service, exhaustive spa facilities with multiple saunas, salt room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, well outfitted game room and gym. Wonderful breakfast and high end restaurant offering. Recommend highly and will definitely visit again.
