Excellent and beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. We were given a free taxi from the train station - the train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road. Quiet and cozy, good soundproofing. There is a balcony. The room has coffee capsules, tea and bottled water. The staff is very friendly. In the evenings, you can order dinner and a cocktail at the bar. Excellent spa and several saunas with a salt room and a relaxation room, with tea and coffee, dried fruits and juice. When it rains, it is very pleasant to warm up in the hot pool. We went to the sauna without bathing suits - we wrapped ourselves in a towel. A towel is on each floor in the spa area. We ordered an excellent massage - you need to book in advance because there are not always places. Delicious breakfasts with panoramic views of the beautiful city and mountains. In the mornings there is champagne, delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants, different types of cheese and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road.

My husband and I went to Spiez for our honeymoon, and Belevedere Hotel became the best hotel in my life! We met the kindiest, sweetest, and the most professional hotelier at the Reception! His name is Jerome Donze, and he welcomed us from the first time we entered the hotel. His jokes and good energy were so hilarious and joyful, but he was still so professional that we gained a really good first impression about Spiez and Belvedere Hotel. (He looks similar to an American actor Jack Black😂) There were pick-up and drop-off services between the hotel and Spiez station(the train station), which I got to know a bit later. Breakfast was awesome with a broad wide window. Room condition and the garden in front of the rooms were really fascinating. There is a button hidden in the room to close the curtains, and it will be a total blackout after the curtains going down. We found the button so late😂 I have been to many other countries and hotels, but Belvedere Hotel was the best, and I actually want to keep this as a secret to myself :) I want to visit Spiez again and will definitely stay at Belvedere Hotel again!

Upon arrival the owner was there and gave us a tour of the house and explained its history. The house has a lot of atmosphere, is quirky and we kept discovering new things all the time. It's a very unique place. We had a great time and enjoyed having the fire on. The outside is very nice too and has a fire place as well. The location is excellent just a short walk into Thun.

Everything was perfect, the room was really spacious and clean, with all the necessities. The staff is very professional, kind and very helpful. The family room have enough space for small family 2 adults and 2 kids , Location and the view every morning , the self cleaning separate toilet in the room is great addition where you don’t need additional Shattaf . The spa and the swimming pool with a view , easy access and great supported staff and team Design is warm and luxurious , family friendly and very clean quiet area with a lot of restaurant choices around

The view and ambience. we did have the best room in the hotel....middle upper level....room 305....it was large and very well designed. The pool, garden hot tub pool. friendly and helpful wait staff. free coffee and cake every arvo on the terrace.
