The hotel looks and feels grand with Great facilities! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable- a separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The slide kids bunk bed is a hit. The kids love the bunk bed. The stay includes an unlimited free entrance to the indoor playground. Breakfast spread is good :). The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

The surrounding scenery of the apartment is charming, the room is fully equipped, the lighting is very good, and it is very comfortable to live in. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt very satisfied. All the facilities and equipment in the room were neat and hygienic, and I felt prepared with care. The room was fantastic, the Aquarium and Aqua restaurant were also unmissable. The breakfast was probably the best of the included breakfasts we experienced in the 6 different hotels we stayed at. The pool was heated, unlike the previous pool at the previous hotel which was only good for doing laps. Live music in the evenings was also very nice.
