On arriving the English speaking lady showed us to our apartment, then checked the cupboards for pans,plates etc so we could cook in the apartment, the fridge did not have a door on the freezer section so the fridge was replaced.The old microwave broke down the next day and this was replaced. Toilet leaked but was repaired very quickly. Really nice staff. The apartment was very cosy and was cleaned througly every two days with new towels.the bedding was also changed every fourth day.Nice end apartment with two balconies one over looking the pool.The pool was clean and all areas hosed down each day. All areas were kept very clean.The best beach was by, turning right out of the building,and walking past bars until you see a sign for Juan Dolio beach on the left and through a walkway going directly onto the beach.Beautiful White sand Beach,you won't be dissapointed

The hotel rooms & common areas are exceptionally clean. The guy cleans the pool many times a day. There's many areas to lay or sit around with sun or shade. For the most part the restaurant staff is fantastic! Especially Jeffery. The food is very good and served hot & fresh. The cook will try to give you exactly what you want. We found the drinks to be a bit expensive, especially since you're obligated to only drink at the pool what's purchased there. Miguel is incredibly helpful, warm, professional and will get or do anything you request. The staff at reception is wonderful as well. The hotel is safe and there's always security discreetly around. The hotel for the most part is very quiet and laid back. Love the Spanish music that plays throughout the day by the pool. The rooms are comfortable and incredibly clean. The cleaning staff works very, very hard to keep everything fresh, spotless and well maintained. Our only minor complaint is the parking. Theres only room for about 7 or so vehicles, so its usually always full thereby making you have to park on the street. However, we had no problems or trouble with our vehicle by doing so. The massage lady is phenomenal as well as the salon lady. My husband and I look forward to returning there on our next visit. It feels like home for us.

The apartament was really nice, perfect for two people to stay. The location for the apartment which was in the hotel was beautiful! The host should change location on booking and in the link which sent to us because it was incorrect location and there was no word about that apartment is in the hotel. The communication was nice and price is worth it .

This property was amazing and far surpassed my expectations for the price point! the property is basically an apartment/villa (one of 4 apartments in the same villa) there is a lovely shared pool (no one else used it when we were there) my children loved it. The host Diana was lovely and even comped 50% off our first night after we arrived a day late which I thought was very kind - thank you Diana! the caretakers, Walvin and his wife were very helpful and responsive to any needs. The setting, inside Club Metro a private community with Golf Club is very, very, secure and very nice - all in all, it was an amazing stay - you will need a vehicle as it's not close enough to the beach or shops to walk.

It’s a beautiful location- right on the ocean, great pool. The beach is shallow, however, and if you want to swim you would probably need to walk on the street for another 15-20 minutes. The views are breathtaking however as is the pool (great for long distance swimming)!

I treated my daughter on this trip as she has had no vacation in 2 years. We were here on a Medical Mission and was looking forward to 2 nights and 2 days of relaxation and beach. We arrived around 4:45 pm. Great room, though we requested 2 queen beds but we got 1 king which is fine as I was with my daughter. Pretty clean. Love the back with seats and plants around very relaxing, pools were decent, clean early am, enjoyed the swim, fresh sea breeze/air, unfortunately unable to swim in the beach itself, dirty, lots of seaweeds

the outdoor area is big ,swimming pool was great , would be better if had temperature control as the water was a bit cold, but overall the outdoor area was very confortable . nice view to the golf camp and tropical atmosphere .the landlord was very attentive and cooperative , i can say this property was a great value for the price. . the bed were confortable , air conditioner in all areas worked good . kitchen appliances were in working conditions . bbq in the patio was also good .
