This property is absolutely amazing, in a great location, and has the bonus of the pool in the building which is sunny and has lots of beds. Parking is also available at the apartment and it’s a two minute walk into the marina/port, so it’s also ideally situated. The terrace is a great size and overlooks some nice gardens towards the rear. The apartment itself appears to be recently decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Everything is absolutely immaculate and feels very new. It’s been done very tastefully so it really feels like a home from home. The kitchen was set up for you to simply settle in, even with drinks in the fridge. Both bathrooms are exquisite and we even took advantage of a relaxing evening with the jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom en suite. Everything you need to be self sufficient is here, with washer, dishwasher, international tv and very easy to use and effective air conditioning. The apartment was very safe and secure. Having found this apartment and its lovely hosts, I would not consider stopping anywhere else when in the area. Really lovely hosts who kept in touch before we took the keys and even text us while we were there to make sure we had all we need. You’ll not find a nicer apartment by the port with such lovely new and clean furnishings, while looked after by a lovely owner. Thank you for everything you did for us and making your apartment available, it was absolutely first class!!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and a very quiet location with a relaxing, quiet swimming pool area. The apartment had all the up to date ameneties, including a diswasher. The balcony was a good spacious size and had sun most of the day which was lovely to sit and read, have breakfast and enjoy the beautiful view. Security on the entrance was very thorough and it was easy to collect the keys to enter the property on arrival. There is a 10-13 minute walk to Duquesa Port which gives the main area for eating and beaches. You probably need a car if you wish to go to the supermarket or if you don't want to walk to Duquesa Port.

The apartment was ideally situated 5min to the pool,beach, and restaurants . Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, an excellent kitchen and a lovely balcony with sea views. There is plenty of free parking outside the door and a supermarket 50 meters away. Grant gave excellent instruction, including a video so that finding everything was foolproof. I would highly recommend this apartment
