We were treated like kings and all our needs were met. We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel and it was a wonderful party. We will never forget it!! Hospitality except for one person who was there first. He wanted to charge me 3000 rupees more when I have requested for an early checkin. But then there was another girl who helped me and checked me in at 10am. Thanks and all other front desk staff were excellent.
