The property is in a beautiful location, very green and close to the nature. The rooms and common areas have nice decorations, far enough from other properties that makes it quiet. Hosts welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of restaurants we can have our dinner in a very close distance to the property. Marcello was very kind and helpful what made our stay even nicer. Many thanks and I hope we can come back one day :-)

We loved Rox and Claudia! Very welcoming hosts. The house has incredible views and it’s very quiet. Perfect to relax for the weekend. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything perfect. Very quiet atmosphere. Comfy bed. Very clean area. We also found a complimentary welcome with croissant, jams and coffee facilities in the kitchen. The possibility to use the private (small but nice) pool gives you a lot of privacy. Friendly cat came to greet us: I loved him!

Breakfast was amazing with everything you could wish from the region including ham, salami, cured meat, etc. The staff was sooooo friendly and they pampered us soooo much! They asked at what time we wanted to come for breakfast because they would warm up the croissant for us per time in order to have them hot and soft for our breakfast! A DREAM!!

We fell in love with this place and the little family who welcomed us. It was very diffult to leave this little paradise. Everybody was so nice, kind and attentive. We received a lot of advices from Germana to visit places around. We booked only one dinner but food was so delicious that we stayed for dinner every night. The most important thing in this place is stunning views around, silence and a comfortable bed. I would call it "agritourism with luxury elements". And it's 5 minutes from Narni! And you should definitely go there! And the olive oil from this farm is excellent!

Lovely design of ground, olive, flower beds, i benches, roses, comfortable hammock chairs, and lush green meadows. There is a spacious swimming pool for adults, with pleasantly warm water perfect for swimming. Additionally, a smaller pool nearby caters to children. And panoramic mountain views . Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the owner, who provided detailed explanations about the property and its amenities. With few guests during our stay, the owner graciously upgraded our room. The owner recommended a restaurant nearby, which we like it—the dining experience was simply excellent. We also had a breakfast on the property, which was equally delightful, featuring yogurt, farm-fresh eggs, a variety of delicious homemade pastries, refreshing juices, and succulent fruits, all served on the panoramic lawn. In summary, it's an ideal retreat from city noise. We look forward to returning."
