The apartment was great, air con worked perfectly in 2 rooms. Lots of space and main bedroom was very nice. Nice balcony, pool was very nice with sunbeds next to it. Only a 1min walk from lake which was a highlight. Great location for the supermarkets and boat harbour as well.

Clear instructions sent for arrival, pulled up outside & walked through entrance (where there are vending machines for hot & cold drinks) & retrieved keys from lockbox. Beautiful apartment with good sized outside covered terrace ( Godsend for getting the freshly laundered bike gear dry on the provided drying rack from bedroom, after a long extremely hot journey from UK) on ground floor overlooking the large pool with plentiful sun beds. Short walk down the road to Lake Garda, equally short walk up the road to local supermarkets. Good range of shops & restaurants within walking distance. Secure underground garage with ample room for motorcycles or cars.

Great quiet location, lovely views and awesome place. Fantastic for our baby with high chair to use and baby proofing. Our hosts were super friendly and got back to us quickly and helped us to resolve an issue. Plus, arranged late check out as we had a late flight!

Clean, quaint very italian style rooms with gorgeous little balconies overlooking lake guarda. Staff are so friendly, the roof terrace and pool area is beautiful. Would definitely without a doubt stay here again.....manager even gave me a bottle of wine as a present for my birthday that was make in lake guarda!! Excellent little gem

We felt very welcome and appreciated to have such a quiet room with an amazing view over the town and the lake. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was warm. Comfortable bed. We had an excellent stay at this hospitable and new B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet village and is an ideal base for Lake Garda or a day trip to Brescia (highly recommended). The rooms are very spacious and clean with the necessary facilities and air conditioning (very pleasant in this warm period). Excellent breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus. Definitely recommended.
