My stay at Garden Hotel & Spa was truly fantastic! The staff went above and beyond: a young man named Askar welcomed me with a big smile and even offered to help organise skiing at the nearby ZIL ski base. More than that, he actually accompanied me and gave me a tour around the city the next day. This is something exceptional. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Many spoke good English, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows and heated floors in the bathroom. The restaurant had great food, and I ate there for dinner both nights. The breakfast had many options, the gym was small but well stocked with weights and equipments, and the spa section was functional. A warm, humid sauna and bright steam room, and decently cool pool to refresh between sauna sessions. Lastly, the view is one of the best in Bishkek. I was created with a mountain view in the morning and it just made my stay even more magical. If I'm ever in Bishkek again, this will be the only hotel I stay at or recommend to friends.

We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it. The host is beyond superb and very thoughtful, The bed is so comfortable!!! Coffee provided with kettle in the room. Lots of toilet paper, showergel. towels etc in the bathroom. There's a globus supermarket 5 minute walk away. Thank you, we had a fantastic stay and left well rested.

The hotel Golden Dragon is situated in Bishkek, just about a 10-minute drive from the city centre and the train station.

We particularly appreciated the calm, unfussy service, very restful relaxed and safe atmosphere, immaculately clean room, super comfortable mattress! and hot sauna. We loved the Kyrgyz details around the hotel. We are especially grateful to your restaurant staff for preparing a vegetarian breakfast for us, this was wonderful and very kind, particularly because we realise our visit was during Ramadan and it must be very hard work to prepare such beautiful food while fasting.
