Our stay was really perfect. The hotel was one of the cleanest we had in Sri Lanka, the pool is awesome and invites for relaxed hours. The room and its equipment was also impeccable. We spontaneously prolonged our stay for one more night because we just loved it. Tharindu and the rest of the staff were super attentive and fulfilled every wish. The restaurant was also yummy and the prices were reasonable. They even gave us a free bottle of water for the onward journey. The organization of the full day safari was easy and we got to see elephants and leopards with our guide Dinuka. The guide was also very good as he was very experienced (one time he predicted the exact point of a leopard crossing the road). All in all: If we ever come back to Tissimaharama, we will definitely stay there again!

We had an outstanding time! The staff was so caring, they prepared a special treat for New Year‘s Eve and fulfilled all wishes which we had. They, moreover, took the time to take us on a trip with a Jeep. Our room was very clean, the food was very delicious! The location of the facilities is quite far into the landscape which makes it even nicer to have the possibility to get some calm days. Furthermore, we booked our Safari Tour through the Yala Nationalpark with the Hotel, they had the best guide who is very fond of all animals walking around. He gave us great insights. We were really happy to stay here!

Very hospitable and service oriented staff. Rooms are clean and crisp, excellent bed, spacious bathroom & showers. Pool area is spectacular! Great to kill some time while exotic birds fly around you. Good breakfast spread with lots of variety. Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

A wonderful place in the middle of nature. Access by car is difficult, but totally worth it. It was nice that a bigger Safari car was organized to meet us on the way. The manager (Gamini) is very accommodating and super friendly. We stayed Deluxe Bungalow - An incredibly specious villa. The whole area is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. The property even has its own observation tower where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. The food was delicious and wonderful. The BBQ bonfire dinner was very special and memorable. A perfect place to stay if you want to go on a Yala Safari. Safari offered by the hotel is a bit expensive, so consider different options if possible. All in all.. A nice place to stay in Sri Lanka for sure.
