Fatima from the reception was very attentive to my needs especially when there was a cancellation in my tour to a different city and I needed to stay for another night.She helped me with my needs and was able to stay for another night in a short notice. I also like the friendliness of the staff. During my stay, I always need my breakfast early because of my activities and the staff always prepares my breakfast in a timely manner.
