The staff and food were amazing. We booked to celebrate our anniversary. In advance, I contacted the hotel to ask them to arrange flowers and a card for my fiancè. Kaèd went over and beyond his duty. All was good. The owner of the hotel is amazing. We had a problem with minibus tickets reservation when planning our trip to Madagascar. The advance reservation required Malagasy mobile number to make a payment. I have asked her for help and everything went smoothly and sucessful. Definitely this type of help is not part of the standard hospitality. The hotel staff is also very helpful and polite
