Environment very clean. Sea view is beautiful. Exactly like photo. My in law and family had a good stay. Beginning was worried as this is new listing but lucky it didn't disappoint us. We had bad experience of aircond issue but this homestay aircond is very good. Lady Host is also friendly and many local food and mall around this building walkable distance. Opposite has big garden suitable for morning joggers like me. Host is kind to share some food idea.

We had a wonderful staying experience in this room. Coway water dispenser was provided, which has hot and cold water. It was very convenient for all of us, allowing to refill our water bottles through out the day. Parking spot located next to the lift lobby, which was extremely convenient especially when carrying luggages. I highly recommend for anyone looking a comfortable stay at Penang.

The host is friendly. The unit is spacious & clean with extra pillow, matress & blanket… the single bed & sofa bed down stairs / hall are very helpful for senior citizen. In my case , I brought my 72-years-old mother… so she slept there comfortably.
