What a beautiful hotel!! 😍 Everything is bright new and made with excellent material and good taste. We are frequent travellers and we know hotels, this one is between our Best. The spa is great, with everything you may need for a great start over. The luxury rooms are perfect taste and cleanliness. The restaurant is like a 3 ⭐ Michelin, we spent a lovely night in a stunning ambiance. We would like to thank the staff for this beautiful stay. Surely one of the best hotels in Rumanía. Amazing location with a great view of the river and the mountains. The manor is right on top of a hill but also a few minutes from the city center of Ramnicu Valcea. Great start for trips all around Valcea district. The rooms are very nice decorated, all of them different ( apartment with balcony and view of the river, 2 rooms apartment or the nice queen apartment we had, facing the beautiful garden). The traditional romanian style mixes with very nice souveniers the hosts gathered from their many trips, with vintage pieces, paintings and books, all of them surprising you in every corner or shelf. The food is another plus for this location. Everything feels like homemade, cooked by the host acording and adapted to your taste. Still, the best part of our stay was meeting the amasing people that put so much passion and work into this manor, our hosts. Both of them are so nice and would do anything to make you feel like you are at home and you are part of a big family.

Mr. Alexandru it’s not just a host, he is an amazing and carrying person who really made us feel more than welcomed, treating us like family. We’ve enjoyed his kindness and his chef skills as he surprised us this some amazing pasta he prepared for all the guests in the villa. It’s my second time coming back and for sure I’ll come back next year as well with family.

We enjoyed the spa + swimming pool very much and great that they were open till 22.00 hrs in the evening. The hotel was well located and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is not included, but you can order it in the restaurant, which is open the whole day. So need to enjoy your breakfast 'before 10.00', you can sleep as long as you like and order a 'brunch' :-). NOt having a buffet is in fact a good thing, because food will not be wasted.
