This place is truly amazing! Ying and Pete made us feel so welcome, very warm and generous people. Ying is a great chef, she cooked the best meals of our entire trip in Thailand. It was cozy to have a beer and a chat with the other guests at Pete’s bar in the afternoon. The bungalows are very well equipped, and neat and tidy. Everything just works perfectly. There is such an amazing view over the rice fields with village and mountains behind. The pool was very nice too, it was clean and fresh and had some very nice shade areas around. We loved everything about this place, and would really recommend it to others looking for a nice place to relax with great hosts. We stayed with a 7 month old baby and had a really good experience with our stay at Pete and Ying fantastic place. We hope to return some day!

This is a lovely villa and a great place to stay if you are visiting in Chiang Mai. The location is slightly out of the centre. However, Grab's are easy to come by and relatively inexpensive, so do not let the location deter you. We booked this rather last minute and was shocked at how beautiful it was. We stayed here for 4 days whilst we visited for the Yi Peng Festival. There were 4 of us but this villa could sleep over 10 people. The villa is spread across 5 floors with your own living room and kitchen. There are also washing and drying facilities, which were particularly useful during our second week in Thailand! The villa forms part of a resort that has its own swimming pool for those particularly hot days. There is a 7 Eleven close by, which is convenient. However, there are few food options or bars close by. It would be better to venture into Chiang Mai for that. I would highly recommend this villa if you are a large group visiting Chiang Mai. Also, the hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and very easy to contact by WhatsApp messaging.

The room, the staff and the place is absolutely beautiful. There are only about 8-10 bungalows so it's really quite private too. The pool is small but very clean & well maintained. My son was on crutches having broken his leg and the staff were amazing. They brought him breakfast every morning & we're truly wonderful with us. The owner is lovely too and speaks very good English. He has 2 very well kept horses a short distance away from the resort with a small fishing pond (3 mins walk to the bottom of the street) and they're very friendly horses liking a scratch or 2. There's a lovely little coffee shop 5 mins walk away that does the most divine cakes (seriously light & fluffy) & barista freshly ground coffee. The facilities are suitable for somebody on crutches (a step up into the property & step down to bathroom) but not for wheelchair users although for somebody who can step transfer or walk a few steps they may be ok. Our shower didn't have grab rails but the shower head stretched so my son could sit on the loo and shower properly.
