The friendliness of one gentle lady who was present both when I checked in and when I checked out. That made all the difference for me. I travel often across the country and I stayed in many hotels. What I have observed is that staff are friendlier when you check in than when you check out. In the case of the Fairfield in Dickson, I was delighted to have been proven wrong. I will definitely stay there again.

The shower and sink area were beautiful. This place is fine for a very short stay, but I would never stay there again. It is worth it to pay for a better quality hotel.
